This document guides copyright owners interested in utilizing this procedure, as well as service users interested in restoring access to material mistakenly taken down.

If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or that your intellectual property rights have been otherwise violated, you have to report it properly in accordance with DMCA procedure.

You need to provide us with the following information:

1. Identify yourself as an owner of copyrighted work or exclusive rights that you believe were infringed, or a person acting on behalf of such owner.

2. Include all your contact information: your name, business mailing address, day time phone number, and email address.

3. A description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that the Complainant claims has been infringed.

4. A description of where the infringing material or activity that the Complainant is located on the Site, with enough detail that we may find it on the Site (e.g., Link to material, Profile ID);

5. It is very important for you to make sure that you only include material you have the authority over.

6. State that the information in the notice is accurate, under penalty of perjury.

7. State that you have "a good faith belief that use of the aforementioned material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agents, or the law".

8. Your notice must be signed with a physical signature (when it is in paper form) or electronic signature (when it is in electronic form).

If you are the owner of material that is posted and do not wish for it to appear here, please advise us of this and we will promptly remove such material without delay, and amend our rules accordingly to prevent future posts of such material.
